City Centre Site

Situated in the heart of the city centre's Cultural Industries Quarter, the Cooper Buildings are a refurbished and extended former cutlery works, and houses a unique concentration of technology businesses within the digital and new media sector.

The building is situated next door to Sheffield Hallam University and is within a five minute walk from the train station. Office accommodation ranges from 9 to 126 square metres (102 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft) and for those just starting out we also have a pre-start/rent-a-desk area as a first step towards office space. Don Valley Site

A purpose built business park, the Don Valley Site is situated in the traditional industrial district of Sheffield, just two miles from the city centre. The site is ideally situated next to the Attercliffe tram stop and has easy access from the M1 motorway at junction 34. Accommodation is laid out around an attractive quadrangle and ranges from 10 to 153 square metres. (108 sq ft to 1700 sq ft).
