Our Virtual Occupier Service offers non residential clients the benefit of accessing services offered by Sheffield Technology Parks.  Not only can we offer a low cost package, a range of Options can be selected from a menu as and when a client requires the facility.

• Incoming post and parcels can be received on your behalf and stored in your own post-box on site

• Access to City Centre sites’ Blue Room and Don Valley sites’ Mezzanine communal meeting area.

Virtual Occupancy is available at both our City Centre and Don Valley sites.
The minimum term for the Virtual Occupier Service is six months after then one months notice is required.
